Girl Puppy

Brinley pretended to be a dog the whole day. She wanted to be called "girl puppy." She seriously didn't talk other than to tell us she was girl puppy. She crawled around on all fours and carried objects in her mouth. Every once in a while you would hear a little bark out of her. It was hilarious! We even had to give her food and milk to her in bowls. But hey, I won't complain about a few "dog" days here and there...no crying, fits, and hardly even any talking! I think she was missing our dog Ellie!

Chinese New Year Party!

We had a Chinese New Year Party this year at Dano and Kristy's. We had so much fun! We started the party off with some yummy chinese food and then the dragon came and gave all the kids $5 in their red envelope. They loved it!

We sent off these lanterns. You light the bottom on fire and then let them off. It was really cool when they were all up in the sky.


And last but not least was karoake! Lots of fun and very entertaining! It was fun for the kids to learn about how the Chinese celebrate this holiday. Jay R. and Dano both served their missions in Taiwan so they were able to teach the kids some fun things.
